The company maintains at least a 1:1 ratio of community-benefit vs. traditional development projects and serves as a primary funding source for its sister non-profit, Giv Communities.

Giv's primary area of focus centers around mixed-use, catalytic developments in urban corridors. The group boasts significant experience across a broad range of real estate classes and has a particular soft spot for historic revitalization and neighborhoods with a little dirt under their nails.
With numerous award-winning projects under our belt and aggregate development experience that spans size and project classes, Giv Development is well equipped to see even the most ambitious projects from concept to completion. There are few things more impactful to a community than how its land is used.
